My Journey to Wellness
My own journey towards health and wellness began with a personal transformation. A couple of years ago, I faced various challenges due to personal losses that left me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from my true self. Fueled by a desire for change, I embarked on a path of self-discovery, extensive research, and professional training to reclaim my vitality.
Through dedication, perseverance, and a holistic approach to health, I not only overcame these hurdles but also found a renewed sense of purpose and passion. This profound transformation inspired me to share my knowledge and experience with others, ultimately leading me to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
